In this option I do it all. I walk through to get a feel for the space and then provide the furniture for the essential living areas (Living room, dining room, kitchen and entryway) along with up to two bedrooms, two bathrooms and laundry room if needed. Decor, throw pillows and blankets, items for a coffee station, and all essential kitchen, bathroom and laundry items will also be provided in the rental. Plant clippings placed in vases of water will be intentionally placed around home to bring life to each room. These vases will only need to be kept full of water by host or house cleaner and the plants do all the rest. Items may be rented beyond the initial 30 days at a rate of $425 a month until no longer needed.

Additional bedrooms, bathrooms, office, seating areas, front door or porch seating may be purchased from the add on’s.
