This is the essential living package with additional decor to include throw blankets, accent pillows, artwork, vases, plants, cozy accent chair seating areas and other items at my discretion to create the ultimate feeling of calm and sense of peace in a buyer when walking through a home. These extra touches truly elevate a space to a feeling of intention and thoughtfulness which allows the buyer to see a home at it’s coziest and most move in ready state, encouraging them to stay a bit longer and really feel like they’ve arrived home.
This package may be rented beyond the initial 30 days at a rate of $450 a month. If continued rental is not desired, items will be picked up at the end of the initial rental period.
